High water is bad.

Last night at the first boss in ZA I had to leave because the mobile home park my dad works at was getting flooded and he needed help emptying some of the apartments of the appliances.

We have had some heavy rains here in the Ozarks as of late and the dams that feed the Lakes of the old White River where getting full. At 12 pm on 4-10-08 they opened the flood gates at Table Rock lake to full and informed people down stream that the Lake Tanyecomo would be rising at least 4 feet.

Then last night at 830pm my dad was informed that they were opening more flood gates, which in turn would put more water in the park. So his boss and coworkers had to empty out more apartments and help the other residents attempt to get as much as they could before the water was too high to wade through.

We was moving peoples stuff up until 1am on 4-11-08. When I left the owner of the park was on his back-hoe tractor having people put things from the building that was already in water in the bucket of the tractor.

This morning I woke up and walked out on my front proch to see Scotty’s boat dock in front of my house. It normally is about 350 yards to the south of its current position. Apparently the stress of the fast moving water and the current level of the lake cause the archors to break/pull loose.

Ok so lastnight my 2v2 team was doing some early games so we could get everybody games before the Monday rush. We didnt do too bad, I dont remember the exact win/lose ratio but all things considered we did ok. The one match that stands out more than anything was me frost mage my partner spriest vs rogue spriest. It started with us running out to try and get a glimpse of them and not seeing anybody visable and me sayin in vent looks like to stealthers when I happen to see the nelf priest run behind the pillar. Oh yea this takes place in Nagrand arena. So we head over to start killing hte priest and I summon my ele pet. I hear the oh so bone cjhilling stealth sound so I blink forward tothe priest to continue focusing on her, when I realize my ele isnt casting. I flip my camera view and see the rogue stunnlocking my ele pet.

So I say in vent “OMG the rogue is killing my pet”, and start laughin. We continue to kill the priest and at this point Im laughin so hard its hard to press keys. My partner goes to town dotting the rogue and I jump around him hittin arcane explosion and my other insta cast spells. He dies we win and exit arena.

Both my partner and I are laughin so hard because the rogue was focusing on killing my ele pet, when I said “wish I was in their vent to her the priest tell the rogue you fucking idiot”. More laughter ensued and the arena cue came again so we gathered ourselves and headed in to face new opponents.

So lastnight I made it priority to get my druid to level 70. She was about half way through level 69 and had enough rested xp to carry her through. I was pushing through the quests in Area 52 trying to finish them off before venturing off to the other areas of Netherstorm. I had gotten all the quests that could be completed in the immediate area of Area 52 and was short about 14k xp when I remembered oh yeah there is a goblin outside of town that wants some batteries recharged. So I scoot over grab the quest and head out to recharge them batteries. Let me tell ya the area you have to goto to get the batteries charged ahs some obnoxious lil mana drainers and for a druid that can be bad if you need to shift out of form and heal yourself. I almost died once because of those lousy mana drainers.

After about an hour or so I had smacked the mobs around enough that they had let me use this device to charge the batteries for that goofy goblin and headed back over to give the newly recharged batteries to her and get my cash and xp. Well I didnt realize till just before I was about to complete the quest that I had managed to aquire enough xp from killing and recharging to be with in 3000 xp of the requirement for level 70 and had to stop and make sure I had the button ready to push so I could get a picture of me exploding into level 70.

Why was this even put in game?

Seriously why did the developers even put the emote /spit in game? I really dislike that emote. It is very disgusting and I swear to god if I had somebody in real life spit on me I would knock the living hell outta them.  I can always tell when a player is a kid because they spam /spit constantly.  In my former guild I was the GM and I made it clear I ever see or hear of somebody /spit on another player no matter what had happened I would /gkick the. No questions asked and they would have to make a formal appology to the other person to even be considered back into the guild.

So why do you guys think Blizz put a disgusting emote like that in game?

So a couple weeks back Im in Silvermoon City headed to the Auction House on my druid. I had paused to fix some spells on my bars in and out of stealth when this lovely Blood Elf stops and asks me “if I minded if she took a bite out of me cause she hadnt had lunch yet”. I laughed and thought to myself “self this youg Belf is a comedian”. So a couple weeks go by and lastnight in a AB I running along and the Blood Elf whispers me and says “you dont have to worry I ate earlier and not that hungry, besides there is spacegoats here I can eat.”

So I wanted to be cool like BRK and utilize the WOWhead powered script. But WordPress strips java scripts for security reasons >.<. So for now I have to be a lamer and only have links and no tooltips .

But I have a idea everybody that agrees they should allow WOWhead tooltips send them a email and request it.

Well you do! But then others it takes some beer goggles to make it happen. So the past couple raids after we get a boss I feel the need to have a few drinks and put my Festive Teal Pant Suit and beer goggle.

See now thats just disturbing, Ithurn there is actually a male Tauren. I was sorta glad to have my goggles on cause have you ever seen a male Tauren nekkid dancing? /shudder

Well the other day while waiting for some arena cues to pop for us, my partner and I was chilling in Silvermoon City. And as par for me I got all dressed up in my Suit and Glasses and was dancing, well Chunk wasnt feeling as festive as me but she did put on a dress.

Like I said sometimes you feel a lil green others you have to do it yourself.
